I’m a dynamic C-suite executive (COO/CTO/CIO) with over 15 years of global experience driving strategic transformation, operational excellence, and technological innovation across industries including advanced manufacturing, aerospace, defense, automotive, MedTech, construction, and infrastructure.

As second-in-command to the CEO, I lead enterprise-wide strategy and execution, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver scalable impact. My leadership spans SMEs, public-private partnerships, and DBFOM mandates, where I’ve consistently optimized performance, reduced costs, and elevated stakeholder value.

In my role as COO, I focus on seamless departmental integration—translating vision into action with both precision and empathy. As CTO, I tailor emerging technologies to meet business needs, leveraging data analytics and digital tools to enhance profitability and resilience. As CIO, I shape and execute the organization’s information systems roadmap, optimizing ERP platforms such as SAP, Infor, and Kinaxis while ensuring tight alignment between IT, operations, and executive leadership.

I hold a PhD in Operations Research and an MBA in IT Strategy, and I bring over a decade of consulting experience to my work. I’m a trusted advisor to boards and government agencies, known for building high-performance cultures, mentoring future leaders, and fostering collaboration across finance, HR, and marketing.
