I  have worked to bring about change and growth for over 20 years, specialising in SME Operations. Typically employed as Operations Manager, Operations Director or General Manager. A typical assignment would be to work within the team to establish organisational efficiency, improve performance and increase productivity. 

Working in the Manufacturing and Service sector, I have been engaged to build cohesion and performance in teams, reduce waste and establish effective workflows to improve productivity. Approaching assignments with an outcome-focused approach, I bring a pragmatic and positive approach to my interventions. This client-centred attitude has been proven to accelerate buy-in and make use of latent talent and capability. 

I work within teams to develop a rapid turnaround and bring energy and tempo into steady state operations, building the capacity to step up as required. I deliver direct coaching interventions to adjust mindset and develop a new culture.
